How much happiness do you experience in your life? Do you have a propensity to chase things outside of yourself because you believe or have been conditioned to believe that happiness is something you achieve, arrive at, or attain outside of yourself? We hope our conversation helps inspire you and recognize the capacity for happiness you already have within.
There is such a strong propensity in many of us to compare ourselves to others and perhaps even misalign who we truly are at the core in order to “fit in” and get approval from others… Truth is, the ONLY approval any of us need to seek is that of our own selves – can you and will you accept this?
There are many ways that victim mentality can show up… there are also many gifts that we can access when we learn to recognize these patterns and shift our perspective. We hope this conversation helps you deepen your levels of self-loving acceptance.
